1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with The Resin Room, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. NATURE OF FLOWER PRESERVATION

Flower preservation is an artistic process that involves drying and encapsulating natural flowers in resin. Due to the organic nature of flowers, exact preservation of colour, shape, and appearance cannot be guaranteed.

The client understands and accepts that:

Flowers may change colour during the drying and preservation process.
White flowers may cream, ivory flowers may yellow, and red or pink flowers may darken.
Some flowers preserve better than others.
Natural imperfections, bruising, browning, or petal loss may occur.
Each piece is unique and cannot be replicated exactly.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

2.1 All orders must be secured with a booking fee as specified on your quotation and the booking fee is non-refundable.

2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

2.3 Payments may be made through approved payment methods as specified by The Resin Room.

2.4 After the flower drying process, the client must pay for their product in full before any work begins.

Once the preservation process has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will not be issued for natural colour changes, botanical imperfections, or artistic variations.

4. DELIVERY OF FLOWERS

Clients are responsible for ensuring flowers are delivered to The Resin Room as soon as possible after the event.

The Resin Room is not responsible for:

Damage caused by delayed delivery.
Flowers that arrive wilted, mouldy, discoloured, or in poor condition.
Loss of quality resulting from improper storage or transportation prior to receipt

For delivery of the final product, the client is subject to pay a delivery fee or collect their product in person to avoid delivery fees.

The client is responsible for provide the address and contact correct details for delivery of the final product.

For shipped items:

The Resin Room will package items carefully.
Risk transfers to the client once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
The Resin Room is not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage during transit.

Clients should inspect parcels immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Collection of the final product must be arranged beforehand at a time and day agreed to by The Resin Room management.

5. ARTISTIC DISCRETION

The Resin Room retains full artistic discretion regarding the design and arrangement of preserved flowers within each resin piece. While every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, exact layouts, positioning, and final appearance cannot be guaranteed.

6. PRODUCTION TIME

Flower preservation is a lengthy process requiring drying, preparation, resin curing, and finishing.

Estimated completion times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on:

Seasonal demand.
Weather and humidity conditions.
Product complexity.
Material availability.

The Resin Room shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. RESIN CHARACTERISTICS

Resin is a handmade medium and may naturally contain:

Minor imperfections.
Small bubbles.
Slight variations in thickness, colour, or finish.
Microscopic dust particles.

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

8. LONG-TERM CARE OF RESIN PIECES

To maintain the quality of preserved items:

Keep pieces out of direct sunlight.
Avoid excessive heat and humidity.
Do not immerse resin products in water.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth only.

Over time, resin may naturally amber or yellow due to environmental exposure. This is a normal characteristic of resin and not a defect.

9. STORAGE OF UNUSED FLOWERS

Any flowers not used in the final design may be discarded unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Resin Room is not obligated to return unused flowers.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

The Resin Room reserves the right to photograph completed pieces and use such images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before production begins.
